(286)    and appurtenances in manner aforesaid And that it shall &
             may be Lawfull from time to time and at all times for
             ever hereafter for her the said Ann Price her heirs and
             assignes and for every of them Lawfully peacably &
             Quietly to take posession and Quietly to have hold
             use Occupy possess and Enjoy the herein and hereby
             Bargained premisses with the appurtenances & have
             receive and take the Rents Issues and profitts thereof to
             her and their own proper use and behoof for Ever without
             any Manner of Lawfull or other Lett barr trouble molestation
             Interuption Eviction Expultion or hinderance
             whatsoever of him the said Mathew Howard his heirs
             Executors Administrators or assignes or any other person
             or persons whatsoever And that the said Five hundred
             Acres of Land and premisses with the appurtenances now
             are and shall from henceforth for ever hereafter remain
             Continue and be unto her the said Anne Price her heirs &
             assigns free and Clear and freely and Clearly Acquitted
             Exonerated and Discharged (or otherwise by him the said
             Mathew Howard his heirs Executors and Administrators
             and Every of them well sufficiently saved Defended kept
             harmless and Indemnified) of & from all and all manner
             of former and other Gifts Grants bargaines sales
             Leasses Mortgages Dowers and Titles of Dower (and
             Especially of and from the Dower of Mary Howard
             now Wife of the said Mathew Howard) Rents and
             Arrearages of Rent of and from all and all
             Other Titles Troubles Charges & Incumbrances whatsoever
             had made Committed done or suffered or to ^be^ had made
             Committed done or suffered by the said Mathew Howard &
             Mary his Wife or either of them their or either of their
             heirs Executors or administrators or by any other person
             or persons whatsoever And that within the ^lines &^ bounds
             above Mentioned of the above Mentioned Tract of Land
             Called Poplar Plain therein Conteigned Five hundred
             Acres of Land Clear of any former or Elder Survey
