             Edificies buildings Fences Woods underwoods trees Timber
             Trees Cultivated and Improvd Grounds with all other Improvments
             and Appurtenances and all & singular other y.e eight
             Members priviledges profitts and advantages whatsoever
             unto the Tract of Land and Premisses above Mentioned belonging
             or thereunto or to any part or parcell thereof appertaining
             and also the reversion and reversions remainder
             and Remainders of all and singular the above Granted
             and Bargaind Land and premisses and every part thereof
             and all the Estate right Title Intrest use possesion Claim
             property and Demand whatsoever both in Law and Equity
             of him the said Mathew Howard his heirs Executors and
             Administrators of in and ^un^to to all and singular the above
             Mentioned and hereby sold Land and premisses with the Appurtenances
             and every part and parcell thereof To have
             and to hold the Tract of Land above Mentioned with
             the premisses and every part and parcell thereof with all
             and singular and every the Rights Members Jurisdictions and
             appertenances there^un^to belonging or in any wise appertaining
             unto her the said Anne Price her heirs and assigns for
             Ever to the only proper use benifitt and behoof of her the
             said Ann Price her heirs and assigns for Evermore and to an
             for no other use Intent or purpose whatsoever And the
             said Mathew Howard for himself his heirs Executors & Adm.rs
             and for every of them Doth hereby Covenant promise
             Grant and agree to & with the said Ann Price her heirs &
             assigns in manner and form following (that is to say)
             that he the said Mathew Howard now at the time of the
             sealing and Delivery of these presents is the true and
             Lawfull owner of all and singular the bargaind premisses
             above Mentioned with all and singular their appurtenances
             of a Good sure perfect and Indefeazable Estate in
             fee simple and also that the said Mathew now hath
             good right full power Lawfull and absolute authority in
             his owne right to Grant bargain sell and Convey y.e Land
             and premisses aforesaid and Every part and parcell thereof
             with all and Every of its rights Members profitts privalidges
