(28)      y.e s.d Nathaniel Stinchcombe and his heirs and assigns
             shall and Execute shall and may peaceably and Quietly
             have and hold occupy posses and Injoye y.e s.d hundred Acres
             of Land with their appertnances free from y.e Let suit trouble
             Molestation or Interruption or any parson or parsons
