             In testimony whereof the seal of the said County is hereunto

             Memorandum that this 14.th Day of Aprill Anno Dom 1724
             Came before us the subscribers Two of his Lordships Justices of
             Ann Arundell County the within John Hall and acknowledged
             y.e within Deed as his Act and Deed and the Lands and premisses
             therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate of y.e within
             Named Nathaniell Stinchcombe his heirs and assigns for
             ever according to y.e Form and Effect of a certain act of
             assembly in that case made and provided and at the sam^e^ time
             Barbare Hall wife of the s.d John Hall being privatly
             Examined out of the hearing of her said Husband Delevered
             and Acknowledged that she released her right
             of Dower of the within Land and pmisses without the
             fear threats or Compulsion of her ^said^ husband according
             to y.e Direction of the act af.d
