(27)      Called and known by the name of Bettys Inheritance Lying
             in Baltemore County on the East side of Countie Creek
             Beginning at a bounded white oak being a bounded tree
             of a parcell of Land called Halls Addition and runing North
             sixty Perches to a bounded white oake thence East south
             East one hundred and Eighty p.s thence south ^one^ hund.d
             tree Containing and now Laid out for one hundred acres
             of Land more or less according to y.e Certificat of servey togther
             w.th Pastures houses Orchards fences building with all the
             proffits and benifits and appurtinances to y.e same belonging
             or appurtaining to have and to hold the s.d Bargained and
             prmisaris w.th their and every one of their appertinances
             to y.e s.d Nathaniell Stinchcombe his heirs and assigns
             forever and to no other use intent or purpose whatsoever and y.e
             s.d John Hall and his heirs shall and will warrant and
             Defend forever from him his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or any other
             persons or parsons whatsoever will warrant and for ever defend
             from all man^n^er of persons whatsoever y.e s.d one hundred acres
             of Land w.th y.e appurtenances unto y.e s.d Nathaniel Stinchcombe
             and his heirs in maner and form af.d against ^him^ the s.d John
             Hall his ^heirs^ and against all and every other parson or
             parsons whatsoever shall and will warrant and for ever
             Defend and y.e s.d John Hall for him self his heirs Ex.rs
             and Adm.rs doth Covinant promise grant and agree to and
             with y.e s.d Nathaniell Stinchcombe and his heirs and assignes
             that the the s.d John Hall and his heirs at the time of
             sealing and Delivering hereof have a good shure
