(278)   West Forty perches South Twenty Eight Degrees East one hundred
             and seventy perches North Thirty five Degrees East Twenty
             perches south Fifty Eight Degrees East sixty Three perches
             North West and by North sixty Eight perches thence with
             a straight Line to the first Tree as p the Certificate
             of Resurvey One Thousand seven hundred and Twenty three
             and returned into his Lordships Land office Turloughs
             Chance containing by patent granted to Turlough
             Magehorne bearing Date the Thirtieth day of March
             One Thousand six hundred and Ninety Eight One hundred
             and seventy six acres Beginning at a Bounded poplar
             standing near the head of a Cove Called Wheatleys Cove
             Near the Land of Cap.t Thomas Hammonds and Running
             from the said poplar West South West forty six perches
             to a bounded white oak then Running North West by
             North One hundred and Eighty four perches to a bounded
             Red Oak standing on a steep Hill then Running
             North and by West One hundred perches to a bounded
             Red Oak then Running East half northerly one
             hundred and Forty Eight perches to a bounded white oak
             standing standing by a run Called Charles ^his^ Run thence by
             a streight Line to the first Tree Exclusive of what part
             of the said Turloughs Chance which is supposed to be Included
             in Watsons Chance aforesaid not Exceeding one
             hundred and Eleven acres To have and to hold to
             him the said Charles Carroll his heirs and assigns for Ever
             The aforesaid Three Tracts of Land viz.t Roques Harbour
             Containing one hundred and sixty acres Wattsons Chance
             One hundred and Eighty five acres and sixty five acres the
             part Exclusive of the said Turloughs Chance Containing
             in all four hundred adn Ten Acres by the Meets & bounds
             aforesaid together with all and singular the Buildings
             Improvements profitts Advantages and Appurtenances
             to the said Three Tracts of Land and Each of them belonging
             and appertaining and the said Joshua George for himself
             his heirs Executors and Administrators doth Covenant grant
             & agree to & with the said Charles Carroll his heirs &
