(275)    said Land and premisses and hath Good Right full power &
             Lawfull authority to give Grant Bargain Sell alien Enfeoffe
             and Confirm the same and the said Francis Doth for
             him and his heirs Covenant and agree with the said
             Charles that he the said Charles Carroll his heirs and
             assigns from this time forward and at all times hereafter
             may peaceably have hold use occupy and Enjoy
             the aforesaid Bargaind premisses to his and their present
             use and behoof and to no other use, meaning or Intent
             Whatsoever without any lett hinderance or Molestation
             of him the said Francis Gaitrell his heirs Executors
             Administrators or Assigns and the said Francis Gaitrell
             for him his heirs Executors & Administrators doth further
             Covenant grant and agree to and with the said Charles
             his heirs and assigns that he the said Francis Gaitrell
             his heirs Executors ^and^ Administrators shall and will from
             Time to time & att all Times hereafter warrant
             and Defend the aforesaid bargained premisses by and
             with the aforesaid meets and Bounds with the appurtenances
             to him the said Charles Carroll his heirs
             and assigns for Ever as well against him the said
             Francis Gaitrell his heirs Executors Administrators
             and assigns as against all and every other Manner
             of person or persons Claims or Incumbrances whatsoever
             and further that he the said Francis Gaitrell
             when thereto Required by the said Charles Carroll his
             heirs or assigns shall & will do Act Execute & suffer
             to be done Acted & Executed any further Deed or Deeds
             Conveyance or any other thing as he the said Charles
             or his Lerned Councell in the Law shall Devise or
             advise for the further and better securing and Confirming
             the aforesaid Land and premisses to him the said Charles
             his heirs and assigns for Ever in Witness whereof and
             the foregoing premisses the said Partys have hereunto
             Interchangeably set their hands and affixed their
             seales the day & year first above written
