             Justices of the provintiall Court the within named
             Francis Gaitrell and Mary his Wife and acknowledged
             the within Deed and the Land and premisses thereby
             Granted to be the Right and Estate of Doctor
             Charles Carroll and the said Mary being Examined
             a part declared that she made her Acknowledgm.t
             of the same freely and Willingly without being
             Induced thereto by fear or Threats of or Ill usage
             by her said Husband or fear of his Displeasure
