                   On the Back of which deed was thus Endorst
                            July 21.st 1724

             Then came M.r John Buck party to the within bound
             Deed before Will.m Lock Esq.r one of his Lordps Justices
             of the Prov.ll Court and acknowledged the within land
             and pr^e^misses w.th their appurtences to be the right of
             the within mentioned Rich.d Snowden his heirs assignes
             forever

     x.d   This Indenture Made the 14.th Day of Aprill In the
             year of our Lord betwen John Hall of Baltimore County
             Planter in the Province of Maryland of the one parties and
             Nathill Stinchombe Planter of the other Partie and province
             afores.d whitnesseth that y.e above s.d John Hall for and in
             Consideration of y.e sum of seventeen pounds Currant money
             of Maryland to him in hand paid y.e Receit whereof we do
             hereby accknowledg to have Received in hand already
             paid doe for my self my heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or assignes hath
             given Granted Bargained sold Allinated Infeofed alinat
             bargain sell Inffeof and Confirm unto y.e above s.d Nathaniel
             Stinchcombe to the onely proper use and behalf of y.e s.d
             Nathaniel Stinchcombe his heirs and assignes for ever
             all that peice parcell track and Devident of Land
