             unto the s.d Richard Snowden his heirs & assignes for
             Ever and to the Only Proper use and behoofe of the s.d
             Richard his heirs and assignes for Ever & to no other use Intent
             Construction or Purpose whatsoever and the s.d John Buck by
             these presents doth for Himselfe his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs Covenant Promise
             Grant and Agree to and w.th the s.d Richard Snowden and
             his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs that above pcells of lands & all every of
             the pmisses and Appurtences are at the sealing and delivery
             hereof free and Clear from all manner of bargains sales leases
             Titles Charges & Incumbrances of what Nature or Kind soever
             and the s.d John Buck for himself his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs
             Covenants Promises and agrees to and with the s.d Richard
             Snowden and his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs as af.d that he the
             s.d John Buck and his heirs shall and will at all Times
             hereafter warrant and Defend the above Bargained p.rmises
             and all & Every of the appurtences and every Part and
             Parcel of the ^same^ from and against the Claims or Lawfull
             pretentions of all and Every pson or psons whatsoever
             Provided allways and its the true Intent & meaning of all and
             of these presents That Whereas the s.d John Buck
             oweth and standeth justly Indebted to y.e s.d Richard
             Snowden in the Full sum of one hundred & thirty pounds
             seven shill.s & nine pence ster.l w.th Intrest as afd If
             therefore the s.d John Buck shall well and truly pay
             unto the s.d Rich.d Snowden his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs Or
             assignes the af.d sum At or before the 21.st   Day of July
             In the year of Our Lord one Thous.d seven hundred and
             Twenty seven Then this p.sent Deed and all the Claimes
             Covenant and Agreemts therein containd shall be utterly
             void frustrate and Determind otherwise to stand in full
             force and vertue in Law In Wittness whereof the Parties
