x.d        This Indenture made the twenty first day of July
             in the year of our Lord one Thousand seven hundred &
             Twenty four Between John Buck of the County of
             Baltemore & Province of Maryland Planter of the one
             Part and Richard Snowden of the County of An
             Arundle Merch.t of other Part Wittnesseth that the
             s.d John Buck standing Legally seized possessed and
             Instituted in his dimesne as Offec of and in four tracts of
             lands here after Mentioned viz.t one tract Called
             Bucks Adventure Containing one hundred & fourty
             Eight Acres a Nother tract Called the Addition to
             Bucks Adventure Containing one hundred & Thirty
             Three Acres A Nother tract Called Batchellers Hope one
             hundred and seventy five acres all Adjoyning to Each
             Other on Patapsco River And about a mile and a
             half from Petapscco Fery And likewise A Nother tract
             of land Not adjoyning to y.e Other Three Call'd Buck
             Contrivance Containing One hundred & seventeen acres
             Now the s.d John Buck for and in Consideration of the
             sume of one hundred & thirty pounds seven shillings & Nine
             pence Sterling The receipt whereof he doth hereby
             acknowledge ^and thereof and Every part thereof doth fully Clearly and absolutely Exonerate Grant and Discharge^ The s.d Richard Snowden his heirs & assignes
             for Ever by these p.rsents Hath Given Granted bargained
             sold alined Enfeoffed remised release ratifyed Confirmed
             and made Over and by these p.rsents He doth for himselfe
             his heirs &c.a give Grant Bargain sell aliene Enfeoffee remise
             Release Ratifye Confirm and make Over unto him the
             said Richard Snowden his heirs and Assignes for Ever all
             the afs.d four tracts of land & p.rmisses to all and singular
             the Appurtences Emolum.ts hereditam.ts rights priviledges
             & advantages thereto in any wise belonging or
             appurtaining Together as also the whole Estate
             right title Interest property Claime and Dem.d
             whatsoever of him the s.d John Buck of and into
             the s.d Lands and p.rmisses & Every Part & Parcell
