             white oake being y.e second bound tree of a tract of Land
             called Cuckold makers palace and Runing thence North
             West one hundred perches then South West Eighty four
             perches then South East one hundred perc.s then to the
             first tree containing and laid out for fifty two acres more
             or less Both which aforegoing tracts originally taken upon
             or about y.e tenth day of January Anno Dom one thousd
             seven hundred and five Together w.th all & singular y.e
             Improvements Conveniencies & Advantages to y.e s.d Lands or
             any of them belonging or in any Manner of way appertaining
             To y.e only proper use & behooff of him y.e s.d Patrick
             Creagh his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs ^Assignes^ & to noe other use intent or
             purpose whatsoever To have and to hold The afd three
             tracts or parcells of Land & premises af.d unto him y.e s.d Patrick
