(218) x.d  This Indenture made the Eighth day of March in y.e year of
                Our Lord God one thousand seven hundred and twenty six
                Between Patrick Murphey of Baltemore County planter originally
                pattented of y.e severall Tracts of Lands herein aftermentioned and
                Patrick Creagh of Baltemore County painter Wittnesseth That y.e s.d
                Patrick Murphey for and in consideration of y.e sume of Thirty
                two pounds Curr money of Maryland to him in hand by y.e s.d Patrick
                Creagh well & truly pay & satisfied y.e receipt whereof is hereby
                acknowledged Hath Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeofed
                Confirmed & made over unto him y.e s.d Patrick Creagh his heirs and assignes
                for ever All those severall tracts or parcells of Land according to
                their severall & respective meets and bounds hereinafter Expressed
                all lying in Baltemore County af.d That is to say all that
                tract or parcell of Land called y.e Cuckold makers pallace lying or
                Hunting Ridge originally taken upon or about y.e first day of
                June Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred Begining at
                a bounded white oake y.e South East corner tree of Crowleys Contrivance
                Running thence South East one hundred thirty three
                perches to a bounded ^tree on^ Hill thence North East one hundred
                & twelve perches thence Northwest one hundred thirty three
                per.s thence to y.e first bounder containing one hundred acres
                more or less also all that Tract or parcell of Land called Murphys
                Pleasure lying on y.e North side of Potapsco River at Hunton
                Ridge Beginning at three bounded Red Oake & runing thence
                North East two hundred & fifty two perches to a bound spanish
                oake by Guins Falls side then w.th & down y.e s.d falls South South
                East Eighty Eight perches to an Elbow of y.e s.d falls then crossing
                y.e falls South East & by South Ninety perches to a bounded hiccory
                on a point in another Elbow of said falls then South West & by
                South fifty four perches to a bo^u^nd white oake standing in y.e
                Northwest line of Crowleys Contrivance then Northwest one
                hundred & fifty perches to y.e End of y.e s.d line then w.th s.d land
                to y.e first tree containing and laid out for Ninety Eight Acres
                of Land More or less Also all that tract or parcell
                of land called Addition lying on the North side
