(209)     Buildings Gardens Yards Orchards feedings medows Woods underwoods
             Timber and Timber trees ways easements profits comoditys hereditaments
             and appurtenances whatsoever to the said Land and premises or any part
             or parcell thereof belonging or in any ways appertaining To have and to hold
             y.e said ninety Acres of Land and premises w.th the appurtenances before by these presents
             bargained and sold or intend to be thereby granted Aliened Bargained Sold and
             confirmed and every part and parcell thereof unto the said Rich.d Warfield his
             heirs and Assignes unto y.e only proper use and behoofe of the Rich.d Warfield or
             and his heirs and assignes forever And y.e said Francies Lee doth for himself and
             his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs convenant and grant to and w.th the said Rich.d Warfield
             his heirs and assignes by these presents in manner and forme following that
             is to say that he y.e said Francis Lee at y.e time of y.e ensealing and delivery of
             these presents is and stands Lawfully seized of a good Lawfull perfect and
             indefeazable Estate of inheritance in fee simple of in and unto y.e afd ^above^ mentioned
             Lands and premises and also that y.e s.d Land and appurtenances is at y.e time
             of the ensealing and delivery of these presents clear from all incumbrances
             whatsoever and further that he y.e said Francies Lee his heirs Executors and
             Adm.rs shall and will att all times hereafter for ever warrent that he and
             defend y.e aforementioned granted Lands and premises w.th their appurtenances
             to y.e only proper use and behoof of y.e aforementioned Rich.d Warfield his heirs
             and assignes for ever against all man^n^er of persons whatsoever which shall
             claim any right title or intrest thereunto from by or under him y.e said
             Francies Lee his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or assignes And lastly it is agreed by and
             between the sid partys to these presents that all and every y.e apureances
             so as af.d made shall be and shall be allways taken to be to y.e only use of
             him the said Rich.d Warfield his heirs and assignes for ever and to no
             other use intent or purpose whatsoever any thing herein contained ^confirmed^
             to y.e contrary not w.thstanding In Wittness whereof y.e party to these
             presents first above named hath hereunto sett his hand and affixed
             his seale y.e day and year first above written

             On the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t
                               March y.e 10.th 1726

             Then came before me us Two of his Lordships Justices for Ann Arundell
             County Francis Lee and acknowledged y.e w.thin Deed and Lands therein
             Mentioned to be y.e Right of y.e w.thin Named Rich.d Warfield his heirs and
             assignes for ever and y.e same time came Rose y.e Wife of y.e said Francis Lee
             and acknowledged her right of dower to y.e s.d Land According to Law
