210   x.d  Maryland fs.t   Know all men by these presents that We William
                Holland of Annarundell County Esq.r Philip Lee of Prince Georges County
                Esq.r and Thomas Brooke Jun.r of Prince Georges County aforesaid Esq.r and
                Alexander Contee of the County Last afsaid Gent Walter Smith of Calvert
                County Gent and John Smith Esq.r of Calvert County Gentlem.n are holden and
                firmly bound unto the Right honourable Charles Absolute Lord and Proprietary
                of the Province of Maryland &.r in the full and just sume of
                one thousand pounds Current money to be paid to this said Lordship his
                heirs & successors To the which payment well and truly to be made
                We bind ourselves and every of us our and every of our heirs Executors
                and Administrators joyntly and severally for the whole & in the
                whole firmly by these presents sealed with our seales & dated the
                sixteenth day of June in the Thirteenth year of his Lordships Dominion
                &.r Annoq Dom 1727

          The Condition of the above written Obligation is such that if the above
          bounden William Holland Philip Lee and Thomas Brook Junior whilst they
          shall continue in the Office of Comissaries general shall at their own proper
          cost and Charge find a supply of good and sufficient Record books necessary
          for the entring up of all matters and things relateing to such Commissaries
          Offices and shall duely and Carefully look after preserve and maintain
          all the several books of Records now being and remaining in the said
          Office as also those that from time to time shall be added thereto in
          such manner as that when they shall be dismissed from officiateing
          longer in the said Office shall deliver all the aforesaid Records to the
          next person that succeeds in the said Office in good order and repair according
          to the true intent and meaning of the Act of Assembly in that Case
          made and provided That then the above written Obligation to be void and
          of no effect otherwise to remain in full force and virtue in Law
