said Error and w.th all told him since he was a stranger in the way if he the said Blay would Call on the Deponent and Gett him to make the nessary alterations that he the said w.d recive into the office and he should have a pattent for it upon which the Depon.t saith he Drew some Lines for him and a Certificate Agreeble thereto and gave them to the said Blay but what was further done in the afair know not May 19.th 1727 Tho Larkin The above Deposition all.s Tho.s Larkins was taken before me according to Law Roger Woollford x.d This Indenture made this Tenth Day of March Anno Dom one thous.d seven hundred and twenty six Between Francis Lee of Annarundell County Planter of y.e one part and Rich.d Warfield of y.e County af.d Gent of y.e other Wittnesseth that y.e said Francis Lee for and in consideration of y.e sum of twenty pounds sterling to him in hand paid before y.e ensealing and delivery of these presents by y.e afd ^s.d^ Richard Warfield y.e Receipt whereof he y.e s.d Francis Lee doth hereby acknowledge and himself therewith fully satisfyed and paid and thereof and of every part and parcell thereof doth clearly acquitt Exonerate and discharge y.e said Richard Warfield his heirs Executors and Administrators forever by these presents hath given granted ^aliened^ bargained sold alien enfeoffed and Confirm^ed and^ made by these presents doth fully clearly and absolutely give grante bargain sell aien enfeoff and confirm unto y.e s.d Rich.d Warfield his heirs and Assignes forever All that Tract or parcell of Land called Lees range lying in Baltemore County Beginning at three bounded white oakes standing on y.e west of a small Run called stoney run it being a branch of Potuxon River and runing North sixty seven Deg.r and a half East thirty perches then North fifty six deg.r East two hund.d and eight perches then North seventy eight and deg.r and a half West Eighty Perches then Southly seventy eight deg.r and a half West eighty six perches then South fourty five deg.r West ninety two perches thence w.th a straight Line to y.e begining Trees Containeing and laid out for ninety Acrs of Land more or less according to y.e custom ^Certificate^ of servey thereof taken and returned into our Land office w.th all & singular its members jurisdictions and appurtenances as allso all houses edifices |
