(20)      and assignes for Ever all that Tract or parcell
             of Land Called Treaver Originally surveyed for
             John Jones father of the said Josiah Jones one of the
             parties to these Presents Lying in Baltemore County
             Containing By Estamation one hundred Acres To
             have and To hold the s.d Tract or Parcell of Land hereby
             Intended to be granted to gether with all the Houses
             outhouses Edifics building Barnes stables dens
             Orchards fencing and all and every of the appurtenances
             Thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaineing
             to the s.d John Carpenter his heirs and assignes
             for Ever To and for the only proper use and Behoofe
             of the s.d John Carpenter his heirs and assigns and the
             s.d Josiah Jones for himself and his heirs Doth Covenant
             promise grant and agree to and with the s.d John Carpenter
             and his heirs That he the said Josiah shall and will
             from time to time and at all Times for Ever hereafter
             warrant and Defend the said Tract of Land and
             Premisses hereby Intended To be granted from all
             from all former Bargaines sailes Leases titles and
             Incumbrances whatsoever unto the said John Carpenter
             his heirs and assignes for Ever The Rents and
             and services hereafter To grow Due to the Lord
             Prop.ry Excepted Provided allways and it is the true
             Intent and meaning of the partis to these Presents
             that in Case Eliz.a Jones mother to the said Josiah
             Jones shall well and truely Endemnifie and
             save harmless the said John Carpenter his heirs
             Ex.rs or Adm.rs from y.e payment of such Bills
             as y.e s.d John Carpenter shall Endorse or Engage
             for the s.d Eliz.a Jones To the sume of Twenty
             pounds sterling or any other sume of sumes of Money
             as the s.d John Carpenter shall advance or Ingage
             for the s.d Elizbeth Jones and from all Costs and
             Damages that may or shall accuse to the said
