or Adm.rs by occasion of the Premisses That then this Deed and all that Clauses and Covenants therein Contained are to be void and of no Effect In Wittness wherof Josiah Jones hath here unto set his hand and seale the Day and first above written signd sealed and Deliverd In the presece of his Jo Beale Josiah II Jones R legatt marke On the back of w.ch Deed was this Endorst viz.r Memorand.m That on the second Day of March Anno Dom 1723 Came before me the subscriber Sam.l Young Esq.r Cheif Justices of his Lord p.t prov.ll Court of Maryland the within Named Josiah Jones who Accknowledged the within Deed to be his Act and Deed and the Land and premisses therein mentioned To be the Right of the within Named John Carpenter his heirs and assignes according To be the True Intent and meaning of the w.th in Deed and the Acct of Assembly in that Case made and provided Taken and acknowledged before me the Day and year above written Recorded July the 1.st 1724 Sam.l Young Ex.d This Indenture made the Twenty Eight day of May in the year of our Lord God One Thousand seven hundred and Twenty Four Between Gerard Slye of Saint Marys County Gent and Mary his Wife of the One part And Charles Carroll of the City of Annapolis |
