180    hath good right & Lawfull Authority to Sell and Convey her
          the said Elinors right of Dower of and in the Lands and
          premisses which were of the afs.d Bennett Lowe at the time of
          his death And that the said Nicholas Low shall & may peaceably
          & Quietly possess and Enjoy the same without the let
          hinderance or Molestation of them the said Richard and
          Elinor his wife or Either of them their Heirs Exec.rs Adm.rs or
          Assignes And the said Richard Smith & Elinor his wife for
          themselves their heirs Exec.rs and Adm.rs Doe further Covenant
          & Agree to and with the said Nicholas Lowe his heirs & assignes
          That they the said Richard & Elinor their Heirs Exec.rs or Adm.rs
          all & singular the said Elinors right of Dower of and in the
          Lands & premisses which were of the afs.d Bennett Lowe
          as afs.d unto the afs.d Nicholas Lowe his heirs or assignes
          against all and every other person or persons claiming
          It by from or under them or either of them their or either
          of their Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or assignes shall and will warrant
          and for ever by these presents Defend In Wittness whereof
          the said Richard Smith & Elinor his wife have hereunto
          sett their hands and seales the day and year first above

          On the back of which ^aforegoing^ Deed was thus Endorst Viz.t

          Memorand.m That on the day & year within written Came
          before me one of his Lordships Justices of the Provinciall
          Co.rt the within named Richard Smith and Ellinor his wife
          and acknowledged the within written Indenture to be their
          Act and Deed & all & singular her the said Ellinors Right of
          Dower of & in all and every Tract of Land & premisses w.ch came
          to her by means of the death of the within named Bennett
          Lowe to be the Right of the within named Nicholas Lowe
          his heirs & Assignes according to the true intent & meaning
          of the same Indenture And prayed the same to be Recorded
          Recorded Jan.ry 18 1726
