(179)   x.d  This Indenture made the sixteenth day of Septem.r In the year of
                   our Lord God one thousand seven hundred & Twenty six Between
                   Richard Smith of Calvert County Gent and Ellinor his wife of y.e
                   one part & Nicholas Lowe Esq.r of S.t Marys County of the other part
                   Wittnesseth That Whereas Bennett Lowe Esq.r late of S.t Marys
                   County af.d Deced in his Life time Intermarried w.th the af.d Ellinor
                   the now wife of the af.d Richard Smith partys to these presents And
                   being possessed in his lifetime of severall Tracts peices and parcells
                   of Land Lying in S.t Marys County & Else where after such his
                   Marri^a^ge to the af.d Ellinor now wife to y.e af.d Richard the said Bennett
                   soe dyed seized and possest By Means Whereof the af.d Ellinor became
                   & has full and Lawfull right of Dower of and in all and Every Tract
                   or Tracts peice or parcell of his Land Lying within the province
                   of Maryland Now This Indenture further Wittnesseth That  
                   the said Richard Smith and Ellinor his wife for and In Consideration
                   That the said Nicholas Lowe shall & Doe Make over convey &
                   assure by Indenture to be by him Signed Sealed & Delivered Executed
                   According to Law unto y.e said Richard Smith his heirs and Assignes
                   for ever a Certain Tract peice or parcell of Land Lying in Prince Georges
                   County Near the western Branch of patuxent river Called and Known
                   by the name of Park Hall THey the said Richard Smith and Ellinor
                   his wife Have Given Granted Alliened Bargained Enfeoffed &
                   Confirmed And by these presents Doe Give Grant Alien Bargain
                   Enfeoffe & Confirme unto the said Richard ^Nicholas^ Lowe all their the said
                   Richard Smith & Ellinor his wife Right Title Interest Dower Title
                   of Dower possession property Claime and Demand of in Unto & out
                   of all and Every the Tract or Tracts peice or peices of Land within
                   the province af.d with all buildings and Improvements and allso
                   all proffitts & Appurtenances unto the same Lands & premisses which
                   became the Right of Dower of her the said Ellinor for by Meanes
                   & reason of the Death of the af.d Bennett Lowe To have and To Hold
                   all and singular the premisses with the appurtenances to him the
                   said Nicholas Lowe his heirs and assignes for ever And the said
                   Richard Smith & Ellinor his wife for themselves their Heirs Execs
                   and Adm.rs Doe hereby Covenant & Agree to and with the said
                   Nicholas Lowe his heirs and assignes That they s.d Richard and
                   Ellinor at the time of y.e Ensealing & Delivery of these presents
