177   Only Excepted and foreprized In Wittness whereof the
          Party first above named to these presents hath set his
          hand and affixed his seale the day and year first above

    In the presence of

          Geo Plater

                On the aforegoing Deed was written as followeth viz.t
          Jan.ry 11 1726 Then received of Philemon Lloyd Esq.r forty
          five pounds Currant money of Maryl.d in full for the Consid.n
          of the Land and premisses above menconed
                                                                Vachel Denton

          Jan.ry 14 1726 Then Came the above Named Vachel Denton
          party to the above deed and acknowledged the same to be
          his Act and Deed and the Land and premisses therein
          Contained to be the Right and Estate of the above named
          Philemon Lloyd Esq.r his heirs and assignes for ever according
          to the true intent and meaning of the same deed and
          the Act of Assembly of this Province in such Cases made
          and provided before me the subscriber Chief Justice
          of the Prov.l Court of Maryland the day & year last
          Menconed
                                                          Tho Addison


          Know all men by these p.rsents that I Thomas Denton of Carlisle
          in y.e County of Cumberland Gent doe constitute apoint and in my steade
          put my trusty and wel beloved Friends M.r Vachel Denton or M.r
          George Noble or Either of them to be my Lawfull Attorney or Attryes
