176    Hath Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed
          Confirmed and made over As by these presents he the said
          Vachel Denton Doth for himself and his heirs Give Grant
          Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff Confirm and make over unto
          him the said Philemon Lloyd his heirs and assignes for
          ever All that tract or parcell of Land Called Dentons Vally
          Lying on the East side of Chesapeak Bay and on the South
          side of Great Choptank River Beginning at a marked
          Birch standing at the mouth of a small branch by the
          Wadeing place of the said River as goeth from Talbott
          County to Saint Joannes and Running with the said
          Branch South East and by South two hundred perches
          thence South west and by west three hundred and Twenty
          perches thence north west and by north Two hundred perches
          to the said River thence with the said River straight
          to the first bounder containing four hundred acres more
          or less Together with all and singular the Improvements
          Conveniencies and Advantages thereon or thereto
          belonging or in any manner of way appertaining To
          the only proper use and behoof of him the said Philemon
          Lloyd his heirs and assignes and to noe other use intent
          or purpose whatsoever To have and To hold the
          Land and premises aforesaid unto him the said Philemon
          Lloyd his heirs and assignes for ever And the said Vachel
          Denton Doth for himself his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs Covenant
          Promise grant and agree to and with the said Philemon
          Lloyd his heirs and assignes the Land and premises
          aforesaid against him the said Vachel Denton and his
          heirs as also against all manner of persons Lawfully
          claiming or to claim from by or under him or any
          person or persons Lawfully claiming or to claim as
          afs.d from by or under Henry Denton deceased
          father of the said Vachel Denton by means of any
          Bargain & Sale from the father aforesaid he the
          said Vachel Denton and his heirs shall and will
          by vertue of these presents Warrant and for ever
          hereafter Defend the Rents and services hereafter
          ariseing due to the Chief Lord of the fee or fees
