175    Acknowledge Hath Given Granted & Sold as by these presents he y.e s.d
          James doth for himself & his heires Give Grant & sell unto y.e s.d
          Michael his heirs & Assigns for Ever All his y.e s.d James Right Title &
          Interest of in and to all and every the Lands af.d bequeathed or
          Given to the s.d James by y.e s.d Anne in her life Will as af.d To y.e only
          proper use and behoofe of y.e s.d Michael his heirs and assigns & to
          no other use or purpose whatsoever To have and to hold all his
          y.e s.d Jameses Right and Title of in & to y.e Lands af.d and Every of
          them unto him y.e s.d Michael his heirse and assignes for Ever
          w.thout any Let Suite Molestation or trouble of him y.e s.d James his
          heires or assignes or any other person Lawfully Clameng from by
          or under him In Wittness wherof y.e s.d James Carroll hath

  x.d   This Indenture made the Eleventh day of January
          Anno Domini One thousand seven hundred and Twenty six
          Between Vachel Denton of the City of Annapolis in Annarundle
          County Gent.n of the one part And Philemon Lloyd
          of Queens Anns County Esq.r of the other ^part^ Wittnesseth that
          the said Vachel Denton for and in Consideration of the sume
          of forty five pounds Current money of Maryland to him the
          said Vachel Denton in hand paid or secured to be paid at
          or before the Ensealing and delivery of these presents by the
          said Philemon Lloyd the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
