             heirs give grant bargain sell alien enfeoffe and confirm unto him y.e said Dan.ll
             Hearn all That tract and parcell of Land lying in Ann.ll County af.d called chance
             above y.e head of South River beginning at a bounded red oak standing on a point
             near y.e North branch of South River it being a bound tree of a parcell of Land called
             Herefore now now in The possession of Emanuel and John Marriott thence w.th y.e s.d
             land north west Two hundred and sixty pearches To a bounded white oak standing
             on a hill and on The south side of a branch falling into the said north run it being a bounder
             of y.e Land called Abington Thence w.th the said Land south twenty one degrees Easterly
             four hundred perches To a parcell of land called Freemans Fancy thence North
             East one hundred sixty perches to y.e north Branch thence bounding on y.e said
             north branch north Twenty degrees Easterly thirty one peraches Thence North
             twenty and two pearches Thence by a right line to y.e first beginning containing
             two hundred and three acres more or less together w.th all and singular The rights
             members and appurtenances To y.e said land belonging or in any wise appertaining
             Viz.t y.e true intent and meaning of These presents is that y.e said Dan.l
             Carroll and Mary his wife do make over assign and transfer all Their right
             title and interest to and of the said tract and parcil of land called chance af.d
             To y.e one halfe of which y.e said Dan.l Carroll and Mary his wife are entituled
             by a certain instrum.t or conveyance granted by Charles Carroll Esq.r Deced To y.e s.d
             Daniel Carroll and Daniel Hearn in equal partnership as by y.e Conveyance
             Record Thereof made may more fully appear to y.e said Daniel Hearn & his heirs
             for ever To have and to hold y.e said land and premises w.th their appurtenances
             or molestation of them y.e said Dan.l Carroll or Mary his wife their heirs or any other
             psons or persons whatsoever claiming or that may claime any Title thereto by
             from or under them In witness whereof y.e s.d Daniel Carroll and Mary his wife have
             interchangably Hereunto set their Hands and seals y.e day and year above
