171    shall be utterly Void frusterate and Determined otherwise to
          stand in full force and virtue in Law In Wittness whereof

          to the within mentioned Deed before me the Subscriber
          one of his Lordships Justices of the Provinciall Court
          and Acknowledged the within Lands and premisses w.th
          Their appurtenances to be the right of the within mentioned
          Richard Snowden his heirs and assigns for Ever

          of our Lord God one thousand seven hundred Twenty six By and between
          Daniel Hearn of Prince Georges County in y.e prov.ce of Maryland planter
          of The one part and Dan.l Carroll and Mary His wife of Ann.l County and
          s.d Province af.d of The other part Witnesseth That The said Daniel Carroll
          and Mary his wife for and in concider.n of y.e sum of Thirty five pounds ster
          To Them in hand at and before The ensealing and delivery of These
          presents well and truly paid by The said Daniel Hearn The receipt whereof
          y.e said Daniel and Mary his wife doe hereby acknowledge and thereof and
          of every part and parcell Thereof Do fully clearly and absolutely
          acquit exonerate and discharge him y.e said Daniel Hearn his heirs
          and assignes forever hath given granted bargained sold aliened
