          that the said Mary with her husband acknowledges the within deed the tract
          of Land and premisses thereunto belonging to be the right of the within

    Ex.d   This Indenture made y.e Eighteenth day of November seventeen hund.d
          Twenty five between William Greaves of Calvert County Planter of y.e one
          part and Thomas Gosling of S.t Marys County Planter of y.e other part
          Wittnesseth that y.e said William Greaves for and in Consideration of y.e same
          sum of five pounds sterling money in hand paid to y.e s.d William y.e receipt
          whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and himself therew.th to be fully
          contented and thereof and of every part & parcell thereof doth hereby
          acquit Exonerate and discharge y.e s.d Thomas Gosling his Ex.rs & Adm.rs hath
          given granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed & confirmed and by these
          Presents doth give grant bargained sell alien enfeoff & confirm unto y.e s.d
          Thomas Gosling his heires & assigns for ever all his y.e s.d William Greaves
          right title Intrest and Estate of in and unto all that tract or parcell
          of Land Lying in Prince Georges County on y.e Western Branch called
          and known by y.e name of Margery together w.th all houses outhouses or
          Orchards Fences Pastures ways & Easements thereunto belonging or appertaining
          To have and To hold y.e af.d Tract or parcell of Land w.th its
          appurtenances as af.d to him y.e s.d Thomas Gosling his heirs & assignes forever
          and y.e s.d William Greaves doth hereby covenant grant & agree to and
          w.th y.e s.d Thomas Gosling his heirs and Assignes that he y.e s.d Will.m
          Greaves & his heirs y.e aforemenconed Tract or parcell of Land w.th its
          appurtenances shall and will warrant and forever defend ag.t himself &
          his heirs & all other persons claiming by from or under him them or any
          of them and that y.e said Thomas Gosling his heirs and assignes shall and
          may peaceably possess occupy and enjoy y.e af.d Tract or parcell of Land
          w.thout y.e let hindrance or molestation of him y.e s.d Will.m Greaves his
          heirs & assigns forever In Wittness wherof y.e af.d William Greaves
          hath hereunto put his hand and seale y.e Day & year aboves.d
