(17) Ex.d This Indenture made the
Thirteenth day of March seventeen hundred and Twenty three Betwen John Worthington of Ann Arundell County Merchant of ^the^ one part and Joseph Howard of the same County Gentl of the other part Wittnesseth that Whereas Richard Fowler of Baltimore County planter & Priscilla his wife by their Deed Duly made Executed and Recorded bearing date the twenty sixth day of July seventeen hundred and Twenty One for the Consideration therein Mentioned Did Give grant Bargain sell Enfeoff and Confirme unto the said John Worthington his heirs and Assignes for Ever all that tract or parcell of Land being his the said Richards then dwelling plantation and all the Land therunto belonging Containing One hundred Accres more or Less as does appear by a Pattent from the Lord Batemore to the above Named Richard Fowler bearing date the second day of September seventeen hundred and thirteen with all the other Lands adjoyning to the said Plantation Called or known by the Name of Kilkenny Lying and being in Baltemore County On the East side of the North Branch of Patuxent River With the following Warranty and Proviseoe viz.t That he the said Richard Fowler and his wife and their heirs or assignes should ^& would^ for Ever Warr.t and defend to the said John Worthington his Ex.rs Adm.rs or assignes All the above mentioned thereby granted or Intended to be Granted Tract of Land or plantat.n with the premisses and Appurtenances as well from and ag.t him the s.d Richard Fowler & Priscilla his wife ^their^ heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs for Ever as ag.t all |
