(18) Manner of Persons Whatsoever Provided always & it was further Covenanted that if the said Richard Fowler and Pricille his wife their heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs should well & truly repay the said John Worthington his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs or assignes the full sume of Twenty pounds sterling money by good Interest Bills of Exchange drawn on some Responsible Merch.t in London and there paid accordingly And also Lawfull Interest for the same from the date of ^the^ said deed w.ch said Bills of Exchange should be drawn and Endorst by some good Responsible men in this province and delivered to the said John Worthington his heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs by the said Richard Fowler and Plla ^Priscilla^ his Wife their heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs on or before the twentyeth day of July in the year of our Lord seventeen hundred and twenty three that then the said Indenture and all the articles and things therein Contained should be for Ever Voyd and of no force as by the same Indenture resonance being thereto had many more fully and at Large Appear Now this Indenture further Wittnesseth that the said John Worthington for & in Consideration of the sum of Twenty two pounds pounds sixteen shill.s sterl Money of Great Britan to him in hand paid by the said Joseph Howard before the sealing and deliverey of these presents the recipt where of he Doth hereby acknowledge Hath remised released and for Ever quit Cla^i^med and by these presents Doth remise release & for Ever quit Claim unto the s.d Joseph Howard his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs for Ever by these presents All his the said John Worthington Right Title Interest property Claime or demand of in |
