             legall Interest that may grow due on both sums
             sometime before the first of december next then this Deed
             of Bargain & sale shall be void frusterate determined
             and Cancelled In testimony where of the parties to these
             presents have hereunto set their hands & affixt their
             seals the day & year above written

                On the back of w.ch Deed was thus Endorst Viz.r

Maryland fs                              April y.e 15.th 1724
             Then Came before me William Lock one of the Justices 
             of the Provincial Court The within named Alex.r
             Adair & Christian his wife parties to the within Deed
             and acknowledged the same pursuant to an act of
             assembly in that Case made & provided The said
             Christian being privately examined out of the clearing
             of her husband did freely and voluntary confess
             that she did freely Joyn within her husband
             in the within Deed with.t any fear Threats or
             Displeasure of him her said husband In Testimony
             whereof I have hereunto set my hand the day and
             year Above written
