167    Suffer Acknowledge and Execute or Cause to be made Done acknowledged
          suffered and Executed all such further and other Lawfull and
          Reasonable acts Things Devises Conveyances or assurances
          in the Law whatsoever as by The said Sebastian Oley his
          Heirs or assigns or his or their Councill Learned in the Law
          shall be reasonably advised Devised or Required for the
          Better and more perfect assurance surety and suremaking
          of The af.d one hundred Acres of Land hereby Intended to
          be Exchanged and premises unto him the said Sebastian
          Oley his heirs and assigns for Ever as a perfect and Indefeazable
          Estate of Inheritance in fee simple according to the
          True Intent and meaning of These presents Provided
          Nevertheless and it is the True Intent and meaning of
          These presents that in Case the said Robert Jubb his
          heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns shall be by any person whatsoever
          by any Lawfull ways or means whatsoever turned out
          or Disposed of the af.d Tract of Land Called the Heirs purchase
          Exchanged as af.d by the af.d Sebastian Oley with the said
          Robert Jubb for the af.d one hundred Acres of Land the
          Moyetie of Locust Thickett af.d that then and in such Case the
          Estate hereby made to the said Sebastian Oley and his heirs of
          The af.d one hundred acres of The moyetie of Locust Thickett
          af.d shall absolutely sease and Determine and the said
          Robert Jubb be fully and Clearly reinvested of his former
          Estate in the af.d one hundred acres the Moyetie of Locust
          Thickett af.d Exchanged as af.d and premises in as full
          Large and Ample manner as if these presents had never
          been Executed any Thing herein Contained to the Contrary
          Thereof in any wise Notwithstanding But in Case the said
          Robert Jubb his heirs and assigns shall for ^ever^ peaceably
          and Quietly have hold and Enjoy the af.d ninety Acres
          Exchanged as af.d that then he the said Sebastian Oley his
