166    Of ^the^ af.d Tract of Land Called Locust Thickett being the same
          one hundred Acres which was heretofore possessed by a
          Certaine John Shaw To have and to hold the said one
          hundred Acres of Land hereby Intended to be Exchanged as
          af.d and premises with all and singular the appurtenances
          unto the said Sebastian Oley his heirs and assigns for
          Ever to the Only proper use and behooff of him the said
          Sebastian Oley his heirs and Assigns for Ever more and
          To no other use intent or purpose whatsoever and the
          said Robert Jubb doth hereby for himself his heirs
          Ex.rs and Adm.rs and Every of them Covenant promise
          Grant and Agree to and with the said Sebastian Oley his
          heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assigns that ^he^ the said Robert Jubb
          and his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs the said one hundred acres
          of Land hereby Intended to be Exchanged and premisses
          and all and singular the appurtenances freely and
          Clearly Acquited Exonerated and Discharged of and from all
          former and other Gifts Grants Bargains Sales Joyntures
          Dowers titles of Dower Statutes Recognizances Judgments
          Executions Extents wills Entailes and of and from
          all other Incumbrances Whatsoever (the rents from henceforth
          to Become Due to the Lord of the fee only Excepted)
          unto the said Sebastian Oley his heirs and Assigns for
          Ever from and against him the said Robert Jubb his heirs
          Ex.rs and Adm.rs and from and against all Other persons Whatsoever
          will well and Truly warrant and for Ever hereafter
          Defend And the said Robert Jubb Doth further
          hereby for himself his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs Covenant promise
          Grant and Agree to and with the said Sebastian Oley
          his heirs and Assigns that he the said Robert Jubb
          and his heirs shall and will at any Time hereafter at the
          Reasonable Costs and Charges in the Law of him the said
          Sebastian Oley and his heirs or assigns make Do
                                                                      Suffer
