168)   Heirs and Assigns shall have hold and Enjoy the above one hundred
          Acres Bargained and Exchanged as af.d with the premises thereto
          Belonging to him the said Sebastian Oley his heirs and
          assigns for Ever In Wittness whereof the said parties
          To these presents have hereunto Interchangeably sett their
          hands and seales the Day and year first above written

             On the Back of the foregoing Deed was thus Endorst

          Memorandum

                            On the Day of the Date within Mentioned Came
          Before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships ^Justices^ of the prov
          Court of Maryland the within named M.r Robert Jubb who
          Acknowledges the within Instrument as his Act and Deed
          and the Lands and premises within mentioned to be the right
          of The within named Sebastian Oley his heirs and assigns
          for Ever according to the true Intent and meaning of the said
          Deed and the Act of Assembly in that Case made and provided
          and at the same Time Eliner the wife of the said Robert Jubb
          being privately Examined Out of the hearing of her said
          Husband according to the Directions of the Act aforesaid
          released her Right of Dower to the Lands within mentioned
          and she Declared that she made the same acknowledgment
          Willingly and Freely and without being Induced thereto
          by Fears or Threats of or Ill Useage of her said Husband
          of Fear of his Displeasure
                                        Taken and Acknowledged before me
