             These are to Authorize and Impower you or either of you for us & in our
             names to acknowledge the within Deed according to Act of Assembly in
             that Case made and provided and for your so Doing this shall be your

             Acknowledge the within Deed in Due forme According to Law Before
             Me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of y.e Prov.ll Court of the
             Province of

Ex.d      To all Christian People To whom these psents shall Come Know Yee that we James
             Kingsbury of Calvert County in the pvince of Maryland Doctor of phisick and
             Elizabeth my wife formerly the Relict of Richd Evans of the said County Deced out of
             the Love and affections we bear to Our Loveing Sons James and John Kingsbury And for
             Diverse Causes and Considerations us thereinto Moveing have giving and Granted to
             them the said James and John Kingsbury And do by these presents give grant make over
             and Confirm to them their heirs Exec.rs and Adm.rs for ever three hundred acres of land
             being the North part of a parcell of Land Called [illegible] Lying in Cæcill County on the North
             side of Octoraro Creek on the East side of a River Called Susquahanock River Begining
             at a Marked Walnut being the Northwest Corner Tree of a parcell of land before said out for
             Richard Hall Called Halls Lott And from thence bounding with the said River and runing
             North West & by North One hundred & Fivety Two perches to a Marked Oak and from thence
             to a marked hiccory from thence runing South & by East one hundred Twenty One perches
             till it intersect ^with^ the afd Land of the said Halls And from thence bounding on the South with
             the said Land by a line drawn West & by South to the first bounded tree Containing and
             laid out for Four hundred acres more or less the said parcell of land the said Hall had
             by an assignment from George Yates
            
             Being part of a warrant for said six thousand and fifty acres granted the s.d Yates
             the Nineteenth day of June one thousand six hundred and seventy Eight as appears
             upon Record which said land the afd Richard Hall deced did by his last will and
             Testament give and bequeath to his Daughter Elizabeth Hall and her heirs for ever
             formerly the Relict of Rich.d Evans but now the wife of the said James Kingsbury
             To have and To hold the said Land Houses Tennements Gardens Orchyards and
             all other Improvements Appurtenances profites and Conveniences whatsoever
             To be Equally Divided between them as near as may be And the Elder Brother to
