(155)     unto her and their uses w.thout the Lawfull Lett Suit Trouble Molestation
             Interruption or Disturbance of him or of any person or persons
             claiming by from or under him or Charles Lord Baltemore his
             Grandfather or Benedict Leonard Lord Baltemore his Father or
             the said John Hyde or the said Charles Lowe or any of them And further
             that he the said Charles Lord Baltemore and they the said John Hyde
             and Charles Lowe and every of them shall and will upon the
             reasonable Request and at the proper Charges of her the said Mary
             Hall her Heirs and Assignes Do make Acknowledge Levy suffer
             and Execute or Cause to be made Done acknowledged Levyed suffered
             and Executed all and every such further and other reasonable &
             Lawfull Act or Acts Assurances and Conveyances in the Law as
             shall be thought requisite or proper by y.e Councill Learned in the
             Law of her the said Mary Hall her heirs or shall ^assignes^ Be it by one
             or more Fine or Fines Recovery or Recoveries Deed or Deeds Inrolled
             or not Inrolled or otherwise as shall be Advised as af.d In Witness
             whereof the said partys to these presents have Interchangeably
             set their hands and seales the Day and year first above written
