James and John Kingsbury their heirs Exect and Adm.rs And to their own proper use and behoof for ever and therewith to Do Use possess and Injoy without any maner of Chalenge Claim or demand of us the s.d James and Elizabeth Kingsbury or any other pson or psons for us in our name or names or by our consent and procurement And Know ye that we the said James Kingsbury and Elizabeth Kingsbury have and hereby do put our said Two Sons James and John Kingsbury in full and absolute possession of the premisses and Every part thereof by Delivering to Each of them the said James Kingsbury & John Kingsbury one peice of Money to the value of Twelve pence with name and assurance of all the above pmisses Wittness our hands and seals this Eight day of January Annoq Dom One Thousand seven hundred and Twenty Five Signed Seald and Deliverd Ja Kingsbury in the psence of us David Doume Eliza Kingsbury [illegible] Harry Smith Maryland fs Jan.ry 8.th 1725 Then Came Doctor James Kingsbury and Elizabeth his Wife and acknowledges the within Deed of Guift to James and John Kingsbury At the same time the said Elizabeth Kingsbury being privately Examined out of the hearing of her said Husband did declare that she did freely and spontaneously use give all her right and Title to the within menconed Three hundred Acres of Land to the said James and John Kingsbury without any threat or compulsion of her said Husband before me the subscriber on of his Lordships Justices of the Provinciall Court of Maryland William Lock Recorded the 2.d Day of July 1726 Whereas I have lately Obtained a Judgment in the Prov.l Court of Maryland ag.t M.r John Stokes of Baltemore County for Seven hundred Pounds Sterling I Do hereby Certifie that I am Satisfied for the same which I Desire May be Entred on Record As Wittness my hand this 9 Day of June Anno Dom 1726 Jos George M.r Vachel Denton Cd 9 of the Prov.l Court Recorded July 5.th 1726 |
