(154)    the Heirs Executors or Adm.rs of the other Do and each of them Doth Covenant
             promise and agree to and w.th the said Mary Hall her Heirs and Assignes
             that for and not w.thstanding any Act Matter or thing by them done
             or either of them respectively she the said Mary Hall her heirs and assignes
             shall and may peaceably and quietly have hold use occupy possess and
             enjoy all and singular the said hereby bargained and sold premisses or
             so Intended to be w.th their appurtenances unto her and their Uses w.thout
             the Lawfull Lett Suit Trouble Molestation Interruption or Disturbance
             of them the said John Hyde and Charles Lowe or of any person or persons
             claming by from or under them or either of them respectively And the
             said Charles Lord Baltemore for himself his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs
             Doth Covenant promise and agree to and w.th the said Mary Hall her
             Heirs and Assignes that for and Notwithstanding any Act matter or thing
             Done by him or Charles Lord Baltemore his Grandfather or Benedict
             Leonard Lord Baltemore Deceased Father of the said Charles Lord
             Baltemore party to these presents or any or either of them respectively
             Done or wilfully permitted to be done They the said Charles Lord
             Baltemore John Hyde and Charles Lowe Have or some of them
             hath full power and Authority to grant bargaine and sell all
             and singular the said Hereby bargained and sold Land and
             premisses or so Intended to be w.th their appurtenances unto the
             said Mary Hall her Heirs and Assignes ^as^ shall af.d And also
             the said Charles Lord Baltemore Doth further Covena^n^t in
             Manner and form af.d to and w.th the said Mary Hall her heirs
             and assignes that for and Notw.thstanding any Act Matter or  
             thing by him or Charles Lord Baltemore his Grandfather or
             Benedict Leonard Lord Baltemore his Father Done or permitted
             to be Done she the said Mary Hall her Heirs and Assignes
