             And the said Alex.r and Christian his wife do for themselves
             and their heirs covenant & agree to & with the said Samuel
             his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assigns that the above bargained
             Lands & premisses & every part thereof are at the time of
             Ensealing and delivery hereof free & clear of and from all
             manner of former Bargains sailes Claims Intanglem.ts or
             Incumbrances whatsoever & that they ^the^ said Alex.r and Christian
             his wife and their heirs the same bargained premisses and
             appurtances unto him the said Samuel his heirs and assigns
             shall and Will warrant & for Ever defend against the
             Claimes and lawfull pretensions of all maner of persons
             whatsoever By these presents provided allways and it is the
             true Intent & meaning of these psents That Whereas the
             aforesaid Samuell Chew hath taken upon himself & stands
             security for the aforesaid Alex.r Adair unto Walter
             Smith High Sheriff of Calv.t County for the abovesaid
             sum of thirty three pounds three Shill.s & one penny sterl
             being a Debt contracted by the said Alex.r and whereas
             the said Alexander is likewise indebted to the said
             Samuel in the sum of twenty pounds sixteen Shill.s & ten
             pence cur.t money of this province if therefore the said
             Alex.r his heirs Ex.rs or adm.rs do well & truley pay satisfye
             and discharge unto the said Samuel Chew his heirs Ex.rs
             Adm.rs or to the said Walter Smith his heirs Ex.rs or
             Administrators the af.d sum of thirty three pounds three
             Shill.s & one peny sterling and likewise dicharge & pay
             the Debt of contracted with the said Sam.l Chew
