             upper Bennett lying & being in Calvert County bounded on the
             North by a Tract of Land called Majors Choice now in the
             possession of the said Alex.r Adair and Alex.r Freazer and
             on the south by a part of the same Land call.d upper
             Bennett now in the possession of Charles Lansley and on
             the East by Chesapeak Bay & on the West by a Tract of Land
             belonging to William & Jacob Jones now in their possession
             & occupation Containing four hundred Acres & upwards
             Now these presents Wittness That the said Alex.r Adair
             and Christian his wife for & in Consideration of the sum
             of Thirty three pounds three shill.s and one penny
             sterling money of Great Brittain and Twenty six pounds
             pounds sixteen shill and Ten pence Curt Money of this
             province to them In hand paid by the said Samuell Chew
             the Receipt whereof the said Alex.r & Christian his wife
             do hereby Acknowledge & thereof and of every part there
             of exonerate acquit & dicharge the said Samuel his heirs
             Ex.rs and Adm.rs for Ever Have given granted Bargained
             sold aliened Enfeoffed and confirmed and made over and
             by these ^pre^sents do for themselves & their Heirs Give Grant
             Bargain sell aliene Enfeoffe ratifie confirm & make over
             unto him the said Samuel all the af.d Four hundred
             Acres of Land & upwards pmisses & appurtances together
             with all houses orchards Gardens Timber and Timber
             Trees Improvem.ts Cultivations and conveniencys of what
             nature and kind soever to the same in any wise belonging
             or appertain^in^g To Have & to hold the said four hundred
             acres of Land & upwards pmisses & appurt^en^ances with all
             and Every the Cultivations Improvem.ts & Conveniencys
             whatsoever theron or thereto in any ways belonging or
             appertaining unto him the said Samuel his heirs &
             Assigns for Ever And to the Only proper use and behoof
             of him the said Samuell his heirs & assigns for Ever
             more and to us other use intent and purpose whatsoever
