(149)     or such Officer or Officers aforesaid before such alienation
             Entred upon Record either in the provinciall Court or County
             Court where the same parcell of Land lyeth w.thin one month next
             after such alienation then the said alienation shall be void and of
             no Effect and they the said John Hyde and Charles Lowe for themselves
             severally & respectively & not joyntly nor the one for the other or
             for the out Deed or Deeds of the other and for their severall & respective
             Heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs but not for the Heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs of the other
             Doe & each of them Doth Covenant promise and agree to and w.th
             the said Gerrard Hopkins his heirs and assignes that for and
             notwithstanding any act Matter or thing by them Done or either
             of them respectively done he the said Gerrard Hopkins his
             heirs Heirs and Assignes shall and may peaceably & quietly have hold
             use Occupy possess and enjoy all and singular the said hereby bargained
             and sold premisses or to intended to be w.th their appurtenances unto
             his and their Uses w.thout the Lawfull Let Suit Trouble Molestation
             Interruption or Disturbance of them the said John Hyde and
             Charles Lowe or of any person or persons claming by from or under
             them or either of them respectively and the said Charles Lord
             Baltemore for himself his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs Doth Covenant
             promise & agree to and w.th the said Gerrard Hopkins his heirs
             and assignes that for & Notwithstanding any act matter or things
             Done by him or Charles Lord Baltemore his Granfather or
             Benedict Leonard Lord Baltemore ^dec.d father of y.e s.d Leonard L^ John Hyde and Charles Lord
             Baltemore party to these presents or any or either of them
             respectively Done or wilfully permitted to be Done They the said
             Charles Lord Baltemore John Hyde and Charles Low have or
             some of them hath full power and authority to grant bargain ^and sell^
             ^all^ and singular the said hereby bargained and sold Land
             and premisses or so intended to be w.th their appurtenances
