(150)     unto the said Gerrard Hopkins his heirs and assignes as af.d And
             also the said Charles Lord Baltemore Doth further Covneant
             in manner and form af.d to and w.th the said Gerrard Hopkins his
             heirs and assignes that for and notwithstanding any act matter or
             things by him or Charles Lord Baltemore his Grandfather or
             Benedict Leonard Lord Baltemore his Father Done or permitted to be
             Done he the said Gerrard Hopkins his heirs and assignes shall and
             may peaceably and quietly have hold use occupy possess and enjoy all and
             singular the said hereby bargained and sold premisses or so intended
             to be w.th their appurtenances unto his and their uses w.thout the
             Lawfull Lett Suit Trouble Molestation Interuption or Disturbance
             of him or of any person or persons Claiming by from by or under him
             or Charles Lord Baltemore his Granfather or Benedict Leonard Lord
             Baltemore his Father or the said John Hyde or the said Charles
             Lowe and or any of them & further that he the said Charles Lord
             Baltemore his and they the said John Hyde and Charles Lowe and
             every of them shall and will upon the reasonable request and
             at the proper Charges of him the said Gerrard Hopkins his heirs
             and assignes Do make acknowledge Levy suffer and Execute or
             or Cause to be made Done acknowledged Levyed suffered and
             Executted all and every such further and other reasonably & lawfull
             Act or Acts Assurances and Conveyances in the Law as shall be
             thought requisite or proper by the Councill Learned in the Law
             of him the said Gerrard Hopkins his heir or assignes Be it by
             one or more Fine or Fines Recovery or Recoveries Deed or Deeds
             Inrolled or not Inrolled or otherwise as shall be advised as af.d
             In Wittness whereof the said partyes to these presents have
             Interchangeably set their hands and seales the day and year
             first above written
