147      This Indenture Tripartite made the seventeenth
             day of December Anno Domini 1725 and in the Twelfth
             year of the reign of our soverign Lord George by the Grace of
             God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the
             Faith &.r Between the Right Honourable Charles Absolute Lord
             and Proprietary of the provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord
             Barron of Baltemore in the Kingdom of Ireland of the First part
             John Hyde of Kingston Litle in the county of Berks Esq.r and Charles
             Lowe of Westm.r in the County of Middlesex Esq.r of the second part
             and Gerrard Hopkins of the said province of Maryland in
             America Gentleman of the Third part Witnesseth That
             for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred and four
             pounds of Lawfull money in hand well and truely paid at and
             before the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents by the said
             Gerrard Hopkins unto the said John Hyde and Charles Low and
             in the Consideration of the further sum of ten shillings of like
             lawfull money in hand truly paid by the said Gerrard Hopkins
             unto the said Charles Lord Baltemore the receipt of which said
             severall sums the said Charles Lord Baltemore John Hyde and
             Charles Lowe Do hereby severally and respectively acknowledge and
             of every part thereof Do and every of them Doth acquitt release
             and Discharge the said Gerrard Hopkins his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs
             and Assignes & every of them by these presents And also for other
             Causes and Considerations He the said Charles Lord Baltemore
             and they the said John Hyde and Charles Low by the Direction
             of him the said Charles Lord Baltemore Have and every
             of them hath Granted bargained and sold and by these presents
             Do and each of them Doth grant bargain and sell unto the said
             Gerrard Hopkins All that peace or parcell of Land being part
             of Ann Arundell Manner in Ann Arundell County in the
             province of Maryland af.d called Hopkins Fancey Beginning
             at two bounded white oaks and one bounded spanish
             oak growing out of y.e Root of one of the white oaks
