(130) pattent thereof ^appears^ Together w.th
all and singular y.e Improvements Conveniences and Advantages thereon or thereto beloinging or in any manner of way apertaining To y.e only proper use and behoofe of him y.e said William Ponteny his heirs and assignes and to noe other use intent or purpose whatsoever To have and To hold The Land & premises af.d unto him y.e said William Ponteny his heirs & assignes for ever And y.e said Stephen Gill doth for himself his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs covenant promise grant & agree to and w.th the said William Ponteny his heirs & assignes y.e Land & premisses af.d against him y.e said Stephen Gill and his heirs as also against all manner of persons Lawfully claiming or to claime from by or under him for ever hearafter to Warrant & Defend and further if said Stephen Gill doth for himself his heirs Ex.rs ^and^ Adm.rs covenant promise grant & agree to & w.th the said William Ponteny his heirs & assignes that he the said Stephen Gill & his heirs shall and will from time to time and at all time hereafter at the reasonable request & at the Cost & Charge in y.e Law of him the said William Ponteny his heirs & assignes doe make acknowledge suffer & execute any further Deed or Instrument in Writeing such as the said William Ponteny his heirs or assignes his or their councill Learned in y.e Law shall reasonable devise advise or require for y.e further & better assurance surety & sure makeing y.e Land & premises af.d unto him the said William Ponteny his heirs & assig^n^es for ever In Testimony whereof y.e partys to these presents have interchangeably sett their hands & affixed their seals the day & year af.d his signed sealed & delivered Stephen S Gill seal in y.e presents of mark Robert Graves Henry Smith On y.e back of y.e s.d Deed was thus Indorst Viz.t |
