             current money being y.e consideration money w.thin mentioned
             Wittness my hand the day and year af.d Thomas Sparrow
             January 13.th 1725 Then Came before me William Lock Esq.r one
             of his Lorships Provinciall Justices y.e w.thin mentioned Thom
             Sparrow and acknowledged y.e w.thin Deed Accor^d^ing to Act of
             Assembly in that Case made and provided

             This Indenture made the Thirteenth day of January
             in the year of Our Lord God one thousand seven hundred
             and twenty five Between Stephen Gill of Baltemore
             County planter heir at Law of John Gill of y.e said county
             and Elizabeth the wife of the said Stephen Gill of the one
             part and William Ponteny of y.e City of Annapolis Butcher
             of the other part Wittnesseth that the said Stephen Gill
             for and in consideration of y.e sum of five shillings current
             money to him in hand paid by y.e said William Ponteny the
             receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged also for divers
             other good causes & valuable considerations him thereunto
             espetially moveing hath Given Granted Bargained
             Sold Aliened Enfeoffed Confirmed & made over as by these
             presents he the s.d Stephen Gill doth for himself and his
             heirs Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe Confirme
             and make over unto him y.e s.d William Ponteny his heirs
             and assignes for ever all that tract or parcell of Land
             called Walnutt Neck lying on the middle branch of Patapsco
             River originally laid out for Hugh Hensey on or about
             y.e Eighteenth day of August one thousand six hundred
             & sixty Three for one hundred acers and in & by y.e
