             one hundred and fifty five pearches thence w.th a streight
             Line to the Beginning Trees Containing and now Laid out for
             one hundred and thirty five acres more or less To have and
             to hold the af.d Tract of Land w.th all the appurtinances
             thereunto Belonging unto the said Thomas Reynolds and his heirs
             and assignes for ever From henceforth as his proper Estate of
             Inheritance for ever absolutely w.thout any manner of
             condition and further Know ye that we the said Thomas
             Reynolds Senior and Elizabeth Reynolds have put the af.d
             Thomas Reynolds unto Peaseable Possesion of the af.d Lands and
             Appurtinances as af.d by Delivery of him at the Ensealing of
             these Presents one coined piece of silver called six pence in
             Wittness whereof we have hearunto sett our hands and
             seald this Ninth day of March in y.e Eleventh year of the Reign
             of Our Sovereign Lord King Geoge by y.e Grace of God of Great
             Brittain & in the year of Our Lord God 1725
