(125)     which we have and doe bear Towards our Loving Son
             Thomas Reynolds of the County af.d have Given & Granted
             and by these Presents do freely clearly and absolutely Give
             and Grant to the said Thomas Reynolds his heirs and assignes
             for ever one hundred Acres of Land being part of a Tract of
             called food plenty containing eigh hundred and thirty acres
             Lying in Ann Arundell County According to the Certificate
             of Survey Begining at the beginning Trees of the af.d Land
             being six Bounded White Oakes standing near a Marsh
             of Ridgelys great Branch and Runing from the said
             Trees North sixty Nine Degrees East forty two pearches then
             North seventy seaven Degrees West fourteen pearches then
             North seventeen Degrees West sixty peches then North
             forty four Degrees West seaventy six pearches then North
             seaventeen Degrees West Thirty two pearches to Intersect
             a Line of Sarah Reynolds part then w.thin the said Sarah's
             given Line south seventy Two and a half west eighty seventy perches
             to Intersect the line of Rebecca's and Turners part then with the said
             Rebeccas and Turners Lines south five Degrees East Eighty Seven
             perches then with a streight Line to the Beginning Trees
             containing and now Laid out for one hundred acres
             more or less Likewise one Hundred and thirty five Acres
             more of Land being part of a Tract called Thomas Lott
             containing Two hundred and Seventy Acres taken up
             by Thomas Reynolds Senior of Ann Arundell County the s.d
             Land Lying in Baltemore County according to the Certificate
             of Survey Beginning att two Bounded Red Oaks
             and two Bounded Chesnutts Trees being also the beginning
             Trees of a Tract of Land belonging to Joshua and John
             Dorsey called Brothers Partnership and Runing from
             the afd Trees south East forty pearches thence south
