120  Ex.d   Maryland fs  This Indenture made this Twenty fifth day
             of February in the year of Our Lord God one thousand
             seven hundred and twenty five Between Robert Ridgely of
             Baltemore County in the Province of Maryland Planter
             of the one part and John Shivers of Ann Arundell County in
             the same Province Planter of the other part Wittnesseth that
             the the said Robert for and in consideration of the sum of twenty
             pounds sterling money of Greate Britain to him in hand paid
             by the said John Shivers the receipt whereof he doth hereby
             acknowledge and thereof and from Every Parte & Parcell
             thereof doth hereby fully and absolutely Acquit Exonerate
             and Discharge him the said John his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs
             Hath given granted bargained sold alined enfeoffed and
             confirmed ^and by these presents doth form himself and his heirs give grant bargain sell enfeoffe & confirm^ unto him the said John Shivers his heirs give
             and assignes for ever all that tract or parcell of Land
             scituate lying and being in Baltemore County and commonly
             called or known by the name of Pennyworth being Part of
             a Tract of Land called Freeborns Progress Begining at a
             Bounded white Oake the Begining Tree of the said Tract
             of Land called Freeborns Progress and Running thence
             North Fifty Degrees West One hundred and Five Perches then
             North seventy two Degrees East Seventy Eight Perches then
             then South fifty Degrees East One hundred & five Perches
             then w.th a strate ^streight^ line to the beginning containing and laid
             out for Fifty Acres of Land More or less together w.th all
             houses plantations Fences and Improvements and all Manner
             of Appurtenances to the same Belonging or in any wise appertaining
             to have and to hold the same Land and Premises with the Appmts
             unto him the said John Shivers his Heirs and Assigns for ever
             to the only proper use and Behoofe of him the sd John Shivers
             his heirs and Assignes for Ever And to none other use and behoof
             of him the said John Shivers his heirs and assignes for ever
             and to none other use intent and ^or^ purpose whatsoever
             And the afd Robert Ridgely doth hereby for himself his
             heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs covenant promise grante & agree
             to and w.th the said John Shivers his heirs and assignes for
             that he the said Robert Ridgely the aforementioned
