(121) to be granted Land and Premises w.th
the Appurts & Every Part and Parcell thereof unto him the said John Shivers his heirs and assigns for ever from and against him the said Robert Ridgely and his heirs and from and against all maner of person or parsons What So Ever ^whatsoever^ shall and will Warrant and by these presents for ever Defend the Rents and services now Due or that shall hear after grow due to the Cheif Lord of the Fee always Excepted & foreprized & the said Robert doth hereby ^further^ for himself his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs covenant promise grant and agree to & w.th the said John Shivers his heirs and assigns that he the said Robert and his heirs shall and will at any time hereafter at the reasonable request Cost and Charges in the law of him the said John Shivers his heirs and ^or^ assigns make do acknowledge suffer & execute or cause to be so done or suffered all or any such further or other reasonable Act or Acts thing or things Conveyances or Assureances in the law whatsoever as by the said John Shivers his heirs or assignes or his or their council learned in the law shall be reasonable advised devised or required for the further and more perfect assureance surety and sure makeing over the said parcell of Land and premises & every part thereof unto him the s.d John Shivers his heirs and assigns for ever according to the true intent and meaning of these presents In Wittness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their hands and seale the day and year first above written Rob Ridgely Seal On the back of the said Deed was thus Indorsed Viz.t Sealed and Delivered the words (Progress) being first Interlined in presence of us Vachel Denton his John I Young mark |
