(117)     the Appurtenances To have and to hold the same Tract
             or parcell of Land af.d w.th all and singular the Rights members
             privileges and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any
             wise appertaining unto him the said Samuel Peale his heires
             and assignes for ever to the only proper use and behoof of him
             the said Samuel Peele his heirs and assignes forever and to
             none other use intent or purpose whatsoever And the said
             Henery Bateman Doth by these presents for himself and this
             his heirs Executors and Administrators Covenant promise grant &
             agree to and w.th the said Samuel Peele his heirs and Assignes that
             he the said Henry at before and untill the due perfection ensealing
             and delivery of these presents is Lawfully and rightfully
             siesed in his own Right of a good sure perfect Absolute and
             indefeazible Estate of Inheritance of ^in^ fee simple of and in all
             and singular the said premisses above mentioned with the
             appurtenances without any maner of Condition Mortgage
             Limitation of use or uses or other matter cause or things to alter
             change charge or determine the same and also that the said
             Samuel Peele and his heirs and Assignes shall and may at all
             times for ever hereafter peaceably and quietly have hold use
             occupy possesse and enjoy all and singular the aforementioned
             to be granted Land and premisses with the appurtenances w.thout
             the let suite troble hinderances interruption or denyal of him
             the said Henry Bateman his heirs or assignes and of ^all^ and every
             other person or persons whatsoever and that Freed and
             discharged or otherwise well and sufficiently savd and kept
             harmelesse and Indemnifyd of and from all former and other
             gifts grants bargains sales joyntures Dowers titles of Dower
             leases Mortgages Judgments Executions and of and from all Manner
             of Incumbrances whatsoever The Rents and Services hereafter
             to grow due to the Cheif Lord of the fee only Excepted & Foreprized ^and further^ & of
             that he the said Henry Bateman and his heirs Executors & Adm.rs
             the aforementioned to be granted Land and Premisses with
