115       And confirmed and do by these presents Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien
             Enfeoffe and Confirm and transferr unto him the said William his Heirs
             Executors Administrators and Assigns All that Island Tract or Parcell
             of Land comonly called Spes Utie Island lying in Baltemore County surveyed
             for two thousand three hundred acres or thereabout with all and singular
             the priviledges and appurtenances thereunto belonging To have and to hold
             the same Island Tract of Land and Premises unto him the said William
             Holland his heirs Executors Adm.rs and Assigns for and during the Term
             of the Natural Life of him the said Francis Holland to the only proper use
             and Behoof of the said William his heirs Executors Adm.rs and Assigns during
             the Term aforesaid And the said Francis doth hereby for himself his Ex.rs
             and Adm.rs covenant promise Grant and Agree to and with the said William
             his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assigns that he the said Francis and his heirs Ex.rs
             and Adm.rs the aforementioned Island or Tract of Land and premises unto
             him unto him the said William his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs for the term af.d within
             well and truly warrant and Defend by these presents Provided Always
             that whensoever the said Francis or his Assigns shall pay and Satisfie
             unto the said William his Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns the af.d sum of Four
             hundred Sixty Nine Pounds Nineteen shillings sterling with legal Interest
             or so much thereof as shall remain Due after the Issues and profits of the
             said Lands for the times he the said William shall have enjoyed and received
             the same shall be Deducted and Discounted to be Reasonably Computed and
             Adjusted that then and in such case and from such time I shall and may
             be lawfull for the said Francis Holland to enter into and repossess himself
             of the same Lands and Premises in as full and ample manner to
             all Intents and Purposes as of these presents had never been made any
             thing herein contained to the contrary hereof in any wise notwithstanding
             In Wittness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably
             set their hands and affixed their seals the day and Year
             first above written
