(113)     Rowastico branch & Back Creek containing fourteen hundred
             acres surveyed for and in the name of William Stephens on or
             about the fourth day of June Anno Dom sixteen hundred &
             eighty and by the said William Stephen assigned to the sd Robert
             y.e Grand father af.d And Whereas as heir at Law of the s.d
             Charles Ridgeley deceased as af.d There is extended to him y.e
             s.d Robert party to these presents two hundred acres of
             Land lying in Somerset County af.d on the north syde
             Rokiawakin near Cettingams Creek originally surveyed on or
             about the Thirteenth day of April sixteen hundred & eighty
             one for and in the name of Robert Ridgely the Grand father
             as af.d Now these presents Wittnesseth That the s.d Robert
             Ridgeley party to these presents as af.d & Sarah his wife for &
             in consideration of the sume of five shillings current money
             of Maryland to him the s.d Robert in hand paid alsoe for dwers
             other goods causes & valuable consideration them thereunto
             especially moveing have given granted bargained sold aliened
             enfeoffed confirmed and made over as by these presents they
             the said Robert & Sarah his wife doe for themselves & their
             heirs give grant bargain sell alien enfeoff confirm and
             make over unto him the said James Carroll his heirs & assignes
             for ever all these two tracts or parsells of Land called the
             Westernfields quantity fourteen hundred as af.d And the
             af.d parcell of Land containing two hundred acres af.d in as
             full extent as originally surveyed unto him the said James
             his heirs and assignes for ever with all and singular y.e improvements
             conveniences & advantages to the said tracts of Land
             or either of them belonging or in any manner of way appertaining
             to the only proper use and behoofe of him the said
             James his heirs and assignes and to noe other use intent meaning
             or purpose whatsoever To have and to hold the Lands and
             premisses af.d unto him the said James Carroll his heirs and
             assignes forever and the said Robert Ridgeley doth for himselfe
             his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs covenant promise grant and agree
